  My Username and Password is correct but I still cannot log in?

 

If so, try checking the format of your password, because it is case sensitive (Uppercase Characters are different from Lowercase characters), so which means that you have to type them in as is.

For example:

If the password assigned to you is "ART16" and you entered "art16" on the password box, then the system will reject your password because of the characters that you encoded as small letters. So you should specify your password exactly the same "ART16".
